1. Introduction

This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and SkillTube. By accessing or using the SkillTube website, applications, and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these **Terms and Conditions**.

2. Eligibility

To use SkillTube, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 or older and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (email and password). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Prohibited: Creation of multiple accounts or fake accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all LearnPoints (LP).

4. LearnPoints (LP) & Earnings

LearnPoints (LP) are the digital currency earned on SkillTube by participating in various activities (watching videos, quizzes, etc.).

• Value: LP currently holds a monetary value of 1 LP = 1 PKR, but this value may be adjusted by SkillTube without prior notice.
• Abuse: Any form of cheating, using automated tools (bots/scripts), or manipulating the viewing system to gain unfair LP is prohibited. SkillTube reserves the right to cancel LP or suspend any account found abusing the system.

5. Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following rules:

• Processing Date: Withdrawals are processed manually on the 5th of every month.
• Methods: Payments are made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank transfer.
• Timeframe: Processing can take up to 3 working days from the processing date.
• SkillTube reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.

6. Premium Membership

Premium Membership provides access to specific benefits and features. All membership fees are **non-refundable** once the user utilizes any premium benefit (e.g., increased limits, free promotion, etc.).

7. Jobs Section Rules

Users can post jobs on the platform subject to the following:

• Fee: Job posts require a fee of 200 LP.
• Only verified, legal, and non-exploitative jobs are allowed.
• Disclaimer: Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding job details, payments, and safety. SkillTube is only a posting platform.

8. Shop & Digital Products

Purchases made through the SkillTube Shop, particularly digital products:

• Digital purchases are delivered to the registered email address after internal admin approval.
• Refunds: Refunds apply only if the product was demonstrably not received and the admin verifies the claim.

9. Referral System

The referral program incentivizes user growth:

• Reward Structure: The referrer receives 10 LP when the referred user completes their first video/quiz, and 0.3 LP daily if both accounts remain active.
• Fraud: Any form of referral fraud (e.g., self-referral, creation of accounts purely to gain LP) will lead to the permanent ban of all involved accounts.

10. Account Suspension / Termination

SkillTube reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without liability or refund, for any of the following reasons:

• Cheating or LP manipulation.
• Creation of multiple or fake accounts.
• Posting illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Violation of any part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

SkillTube provides the service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, resulting from:

• Your inability to use the Service.
• Job fraud or financial disputes between users.
• Issues arising from third-party linked websites.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page, and the new terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
